About Our Services
All real estate photography sessions are tailored to the size and scope of the property. Pricing may vary if additional time or resources are required.
All images are delivered fully processed and ready to use in standard industry sizes (full resolution for print, optimized sizes for MLS).
Virtual tours include branded and unbranded formats designed to meet your local Board of Realtors (NABOR) MLS requirements. You’ll receive editing access to tours along with full-resolution stills.
Aerial photography is available but subject to weather, airspace, and local restrictions. If aerials are part of your package, additional trip fees may apply.

Copyright and Usage
All photographs created by Sun Real Estate Photography (Jon Kreider - Sun Services SW, LLC) are protected under copyright law and remain the property of the photographer. Copyright is not transferable.
Clients (real estate agents or property owners who booked the session) are granted permission to use the images exclusively for marketing the property for the duration of the listing. Rental listing photography licensing may be an additional cost.
Use of images for any additional purpose—including marketing for architects, builders, designers, publications, or third-party businesses—requires a separate license. Unauthorized use is a copyright violation. By booking, you agree to these terms.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled session due to the property not being ready or access being restricted will incur a $150 cancellation fee.
Cancellations due to severe weather are not charged.
A $125 return fee (+ $15 per delivered image) applies if a property requires re-shooting because of changes or if the property was not ready during the original session.

Our goal is to make the photography process as smooth as possible for you and your clients. These policies are in place to protect the quality of the work, ensure fairness, and keep everything running on schedule. By licensing images specifically for property marketing, we’re able to keep pricing lower for agents while still protecting the value of the work. This approach ensures you get high-quality photography at an affordable rate without hidden costs.
